What will be the "meet & greet" process for this event… I am thinking the Grand Master of Ceremonies from Pindar and the Captain of the Guard should be directly involved ---- meaning we need practice! Also, accommodations for Brother Hazel, and his group if any should he stay uptown or Brooklyn?
